1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 89bad ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms apply to all access to and use of the 89bad website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and the cashier.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform: The 89bad website, its subdirectories, mobile interface, and all products and services offered therein.
• Account: A registered player account created via the 89bad registration process and accessed through the 89bad Login portal.
• Real Money Balance: Funds deposited by the Player into their Account using a supported payment method, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• Bonus Balance: Promotional credits granted by 89bad to a Player's Account, subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wager / Bet: Any staking of Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on an outcome within the 89bad sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or any other product on the Platform.
• BDT / ৳: Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all 89bad accounts are denominated.
• Restricted Jurisdiction: Any country, territory, or region in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and from which 89bad does not accept registrations.

89bad reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the 89bad platform, you must confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account is active.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law, or you accept personal responsibility for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in Section 1 above.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a current employee of 89bad or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by 89bad for a breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

89bad reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the point of registration, at the first withdrawal request, and at any subsequent point where the Platform has reason to question a Player's eligibility. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification that clearly states the Player's date of birth.

Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, 89bad may restrict withdrawals, suspend betting access, or place the Account in a pending review state. 89bad will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by such restrictions where the delay is attributable to the Player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the 89bad platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration process is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

• Username: Your chosen username must not impersonate any other person, entity, or brand, and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language.
• Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89bad Login password. 89bad will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with any third party.
• Email Address: Your registered email address is used for account communications including transaction confirmations, security alerts, bonus notifications, and Terms update notices. You must keep this address current and accessible.

Account Verification (KYC)

89bad operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit verification documents at any stage. Standard verification documents include:

1. Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
2. Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, displaying your name and registered address.
3. Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registration details showing your name and mobile number).

89bad reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request may have their Accounts suspended.

Account Currency

All 89bad Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The Account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All deposits, wagers, bonus amounts, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Supported Payment Methods

89bad supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 89bad will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any discontinuation of a previously available payment option.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Real Money Balance instantly or within one hour, depending on the payment provider's processing time.
• 89bad does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 89bad Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method and whether KYC verification is complete.
• 89bad reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount is significant.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 5 have been fully satisfied.
• In the event that a Player has a pending bonus with active wagering requirements, 89bad reserves the right to void the bonus and deduct any bonus-derived winnings before processing a withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

89bad offers welcome bonuses for new Players, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup tournaments, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus issued by 89bad carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The Player must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) multiplied by the stated figure before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering Contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack) typically contribute at a reduced rate. Sports bets placed with minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms may also contribute. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at expiry will be removed from the Account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, winnings generated from a bonus may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

89bad maintains systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; and coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, 89bad reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the Account.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By accessing and using the 89bad platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89bad platform:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one Account is forbidden. Where multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all Accounts will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 89bad, its payment providers, or other Players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or any other deceptive means, will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
• Money Laundering: The 89bad platform must not be used to launder, conceal, or convert the proceeds of any illegal activity. 89bad takes its anti-money-laundering obligations seriously and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with live casino games, or otherwise interface with the 89bad platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between Players — including in live dealer games, poker (if offered), or sportsbook arbitrage activity coordinated between multiple accounts — is forbidden.
• Technical Exploits: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through such means are void and will be deducted from the Account balance.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language towards 89bad support staff or other Players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

89bad reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a breach of these User Obligations has occurred, and to take appropriate action including Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their 89bad Account at any time by contacting the 89bad support team via email at support@89bad.net. Upon receipt of a closure request, 89bad will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the point of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation.

Players who close their Account as a responsible gaming measure (i.e., self-exclusion) should specifically indicate this reason so that appropriate safeguards can be applied. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details of self-exclusion procedures.

Suspension or Closure by 89bad

89bad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider relating to the Player's Account.
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 18.

Where an Account is closed by 89bad due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following the standard withdrawal process.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89bad and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the 89bad platform, even if 89bad has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features due to technical faults, server downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond 89bad's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or acts of government).
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate password security or to report known or suspected compromise in a timely manner.
• The accuracy of sports betting odds at the time a bet is placed where the odds were subject to market movement. Odds are indicative and subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed by the platform.
• The outcome of any game, match, or event on which a wager is placed. All betting and gaming involves risk, and past results do not influence future outcomes.

Platform Availability

89bad does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Routine maintenance, security updates, and infrastructure upgrades may cause temporary unavailability. 89bad will endeavour to schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods and to provide advance notice where practicable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on the 89bad platform are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 89bad is not liable for errors, interruptions, or unfair outcomes arising from technical faults within these third-party game engines. All game providers used by 89bad employ independently certified RNG systems. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes should be directed to the 89bad support team, which will liaise with the relevant provider on the Player's behalf.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89bad operates as an offshore platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of that governing authority for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the 89bad platform. Players are individually responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own country, state, or territory. 89bad makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
